Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Triplewell Pharma, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality products and a hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy carefully before placing an order.


 Eligibility for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • You receive a defective product.
  • Your order is incomplete or an item is missing.

All requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.


 Mandatory Unboxing Video

An unboxing video is compulsory for every refund, return, or replacement request.

To be eligible for a claim:

  • 📹 Record a single, continuous video from the moment you receive the sealed package until it is completely opened.
  • 📦 The shipping label and package should be clearly visible.
  • 🎥 The product and issue (damaged, missing, wrong item, leakage, etc.) must be clearly shown in the video.
  • No refund, replacement, or return request will be accepted without a valid unboxing video.
  • Any edited, paused, or incomplete video may be rejected during verification.

This policy helps us verify claims fairly and protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent requests.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds are not applicable for:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products with broken or tampered seals.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Orders returned without original packaging.
  • Orders placed by mistake after dispatch.
  • Claims made without an unboxing video.

Refund Policy

Once your claim is approved after verification:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be transferred to your bank account within 5–7 business days after verification.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


 Replacement Policy

If your claim is verified with a valid unboxing video, we will provide a free replacement in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received.
  • Damaged product.
  • Defective product.
  • Missing item in the package.

Replacement requests are subject to stock availability.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • If cancelled before dispatch, prepaid orders will receive a full refund.

Shipping Charges

  • If the issue is caused by Triplewell Pharma (wrong, damaged, defective, or missing product), return shipping charges will be borne by us.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable for other cases unless approved by our support team.

 Claim Verification

All refund and replacement requests are subject to verification by our Quality Assurance Team. Triplewell Pharma reserves the right to approve or reject any claim if the required evidence is incomplete or does not meet our policy guidelines.
